TRAX software excluded from Courtroom

TRAX is a CDR (Call Detail Records) mapping application used by a few local law enforcement agencies throughout the country. The accuracy, reliability and methodology of this application has been brought into question by some experts. The TRAX application displays a controversial shape to show estimated coverage area.
